Abstract

H multiplets that partially overlap with other multiplets. However, current implementations of GEMSTONE can suffer significant sensitivity losses due to relaxation and diffusion. Here, we show a new pulse sequence that reduces these losses and improves versatility and robustness. This new robust JND-GEMSTONE approach is expected to supplant previous methods, broadening the scope for these experiments to access structural and dynamic information in complex NMR spectra.
