Defect-state-controlled carrier recombination dynamics in nonmetal-doped brookite TiO 2
Abstract
Defect-state distributions induced by nonmetal dopants govern carrier recombination via nonadiabatic coupling and decoherence in brookite TiO 2 . Dopants with higher electronegativity and larger atomic mass favor longer carrier lifetimes.
