Abstract

Strain-mediated grain-boundary spectrum reconstruction coupled with in situ Cu–Ga-rich precipitation provides a distinct route to simultaneously improve near-room-temperature and mid-temperature thermoelectric performance in Mg 3 (Sb, Bi) 2 .
