Suppressing thermal evaporation-induced iodine outgassing and interfacial degradation in perovskite solar cells
Abstract
Thermal radiation during vacuum thermal evaporation triggers iodine outgassing and interfacial degradation in perovskite solar cells. l -ascorbic acid treatment suppresses this loss, preserving surface energetics and device performance.
