Sustainable electrosynthesis of hydroxymethanesulfonate from CO 2 and sulfite
Abstract
A CoPc/CNT catalyst enables selective electrocatalytic C–S coupling, converting CO 2 and sulfite into hydroxymethanesulfonate. This work provides a practical route to high-value organosulfur synthesis from CO 2 and sulfur-based small molecules.
