Tunable optical responses in cyanoester-based organic π-conjugates for selective sensing of aliphatic diamine vapors
Abstract
The emissive α,β-unsaturated cyanoester is introduced to detect amines/biogenic amines that undergo 1,2-addition/elimination gradually to form mono/diamides, resulting in visibly detectable emission change and is useful to detect food freshness.
