In situ synthesis of dispersed boride-induced high-performance brazed DD5 superalloy via the formation of a novel sandwich-structured interlayer
Abstract
A novel sandwich-structured interlayer enhanced the shear strength of the brazed superalloy by 74.4% through converting trapped boron atoms into dispersed borides, thereby suppressing brittle phases.
