Abstract

A series of 4-(2,5-dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrrol-1-yl)- N ′-[(substituted phenyl)methylidene]benzohydrazides ( BF 1–12 ) were synthesized and screened for in vitro anticancer activity against K562 and KG-1 cancer cell lines.
