Simulation and optimization of all-inorganic CsSn 0.5 Ge 0.5 I 3 perovskite solar cells
Abstract
This work demonstrates high-efficiency lead-free all-inorganic perovskite solar cells and proposes a design framework linking band alignment, absorber thickness, defect control, and electrode work function for stable photovoltaic devices.
