Abstract

P-doped TiO 2 with a hierarchical structure of photonic crystal-like layer/nanotube arrays (P-TiO 2 HNTAs) was fabricated via a simple route, achieving much higher activity than TiO 2 HNTAs and TiO 2 NTAs in photoelectrocatalytic water oxidation.
