Abstract

Novel photoactivable Pt( iv ) prodrugs have been developed by N -coordination of flavonol-derivatives at the axial position. Upon green-light irradiation, flavoplatins accumulate in the ER and activate the NLRP3/caspase-1/GSDMD pyroptotic pathway.
