Tunable CTPhos and chloride enabled direct asymmetric reductive amination for the synthesis of chiral hydroxylamines
Abstract
The highly modulated and adjustable CTPhos ligands and the chloride anion show excellent enantioselectivity in the first example of direct asymmetric reductive amination of ketones and both N–H and N -alkyl hydroxylamines.
