Abstract

This review provides an overview of the Pd-, Ru- and Rh-catalyzed regioselective functionalization of the ortho -C(sp 2 )–H bond of the 3-phenyl ring of N -alkyl-3 phenylquinoxalin-2(1 H )-ones.
