Abstract

Six layer-based Zn- and Zn/Cd-MOFs were constructed; LIFM-263–265 possess pillar layer structures and high porosity. LIFM-265, with tailored nanopores and aromatic rings, excels in CH 4 purification by capturing trace C 2 H 6 /C 3 H 8 .
