Synergistic buried interfacial optimization and phase-composition regulation enable highly efficient Dion–Jacobson perovskite solar cells
Abstract
Introducing glycine (Gly) into the SnO 2 ETL simultaneously passivates buried-interface defects and optimizes the phase composition in Q-2D DJ perovskite films, enabling an excellent PCE of 18.20% for Q-2D PSCs.
