Electrodeposited zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 modified zinc anode supported over porous copper structure for rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries
Abstract
ZIF-8 protective layer electrodeposited on Zn–Cu structure minimises Zn dendrites and improves aqueous zinc-ion battery performance. The ZIF-8/Zn–Cu//α-MnO 2 cell delivers 204.02 mAh g −1 at 0.4C and retains 92.62% capacity after 1200 cycles.
