Abstract

The development and application of green new building materials is an important direction to achieve sustainable development in the field of modern construction, while the optimized design of material structure is a key link to improve its performance. In this paper, the application of green new building materials in the analysis and design of structural force is studied in combination with topology optimization algorithm, which realizes the lightweight and efficient design of material structure. In the study, firstly, the characteristics of green new building materials and their application value in construction engineering are analyzed; green building is widely concerned as an important part of sustainable development. With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the construction industry's requirements for materials and technology are also increasing. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the close relationship between green building and sustainable development, analyze the research and application of new building materials and technologies in green building, establish the mathematical model of material structure based on topology optimization algorithm, and explore the influence of different design parameters on material performance through mechanical simulation of various typical working conditions; verify the advantages of the algorithm in improving the strength of the material, reducing the weight and reducing the resource consumption through optimization cases. The advantages of the algorithm in improving material strength, reducing weight and lowering resource consumption are verified through optimization cases. The results show that the topology optimization algorithm can not only significantly improve the mechanical properties of materials, but also effectively meet the dual requirements of sustainability and economy of modern green buildings. This paper provides new ideas for the development and design of new building materials and is of great significance in promoting the development of green building industry.
