Abstract

With the rapid development of the film and television industry, there is an increasing demand for high-quality special effects generation and image processing technology. This paper introduces the deep learning-based special effects generation method and its application in film and television production. Traditional special effects production relies on complex manual design and computationally intensive rendering, which is costly and limited in efficiency. The breakthrough of deep learning technology has revolutionized the generation of special effects and image processing for film and television. This paper focuses on the innovative application of deep learning in film and television special effects, exploring the application and optimization of Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), reinforcement learning, and super-resolution reconstruction in special effects generation, image enhancement, and intelligent rendering. Deep learning can not only improve the automation level of special effects production, but also optimize the visual effect and computational efficiency, providing intelligent, low-cost and high-quality technical support for the film and television industry. This paper looks forward to the future development trend of deep learning in the field of film and television special effects, and analyzes the current challenges.
