Design of financial data transparency and audit automation system incorporating blockchain technology
Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, corporate financial management and auditing are facing problems such as insufficient data transparency, low audit efficiency and compliance challenges. The traditional financial data management and auditing model relies on centralized institutions, which not only involves the risk of data tampering, but also makes it difficult to realize real-time monitoring and automated auditing. Blockchain technology provides a new technical solution for financial data transparency and audit automation by virtue of its decentralization, non-tampering, traceability and smart contract features. In this paper, we study the application value of blockchain in financial data management and auditing, design an audit automation system architecture based on blockchain, and explore the role of smart contracts in financial data validation and automated audit rule enforcement. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the system in scenarios such as enterprise financial management, government financial supervision and financial auditing is analyzed with typical application cases. The study shows that the financial data management and auditing system integrating blockchain technology can effectively enhance data authenticity and transparency, reduce auditing costs, improve auditing efficiency, and enhance financial compliance. Finally, this paper summarizes the challenges of the current technology and looks forward to future development directions, such as the integration of privacy computing, artificial intelligence and blockchain applications, in order to further promote the intelligent and automated process of financial auditing.
