Abstract

The traditional manual audit and static monitoring mode can not meet the requirements of efficient and accurate compliance management. Blockchain technology provides a new solution for financial data security with its characteristics of decentralization, non-tampering, transparency and traceability. Big data technology realizes real-time monitoring and deep mining of massive financial data through powerful data processing and analysis capabilities, and provides intelligent decision support for compliance management. In this study, a hierarchical architecture model is constructed, including blockchain layer, big data processing layer and intelligent compliance layer, which realizes the whole process collaboration from data encryption storage to intelligent analysis to automatic compliance execution. Through empirical research, comparing the traditional rule engine and machine learning model, the superior performance of the proposed model in compliance risk prediction is verified, with an accuracy rate of 93.7%, a F1 score of 0.91 and a response time of 38 ms. In addition, the performance test of blockchain shows that the system achieves a throughput of 1850 TPS in the 1000-node scenario, which meets the requirements of enterprise applications. This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the security protection level of enterprise financial data, optimizing compliance management process and reducing operating costs.
