Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, automatic driving system has become a research hotspot in the field of intelligent transportation. This paper focuses on the algorithm design of AI-driven automatic driving system, and systematically analyzes the structure and implementation of the core algorithm in automatic driving, including three key parts: sensor data fusion, perception and environment understanding, and decision-making and path planning. The performance optimization and real-time response ability of the algorithms in complex environments are discussed in depth, while the security of the automatic driving system is analyzed comprehensively, covering algorithmic security threats, risk assessment and defense mechanisms. The study shows that reasonably designed AI algorithms not only improve the perception and decision-making ability of the automatic driving system, but also enhance the safety and robustness of the system. This paper puts forward an outlook on the future development trend of automatic driving technology and the security challenges faced, providing theoretical support and reference for research and application in related fields.
