Research on component reuse and integrated scheduling algorithm based on low code framework
Abstract
Low-code development platform enables people with non-technical background to participate in application development by visualizing components and templates, but the existing platform has challenges such as semantic gap, rigid scheduling and protocol barriers. Therefore, this paper proposes a trinity optimization system: constructing a dual-mode component description model that combines static and dynamic features, and coding the dynamic features through LSTM network to improve the accuracy of component similarity calculation; The hierarchical scheduling algorithm of resource awareness is designed, and the improved genetic algorithm (GA) and DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) scheduling model based on deadline inversion are combined to optimize resource utilization and scheduling efficiency. Develop adaptive protocol conversion middleware to realize cross-platform integrated automatic protocol conversion and reduce maintenance costs. The experimental results show that the proposed method is significantly superior to the traditional method in component matching accuracy, scheduling efficiency under resource competition and cross-platform protocol conversion efficiency. At the same time, the end-to-end delay, component reuse rate and resource utilization rate are significantly improved in the comprehensive scenario of e-commerce order processing, which provides an effective solution for the optimization of low-code platforms.
