Abstract

With the increasing severity of mental health problems, Mindfulness intervention has received widespread attention as an effective psychotherapeutic approach. However, traditional assessment tools for Mindfulness intervention have limitations such as high subjectivity and low assessment efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to develop an intelligent assessment tool to realize the objective assessment and efficient monitoring of the effect of Mindfulness intervention by integrating artificial intelligence technology. First, user requirements were analyzed, functional modules were designed, and an advanced technical architecture was adopted for development. Second, the data-driven function of the assessment tool was realized through data collection and processing, and the user interface and user experience were optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of the tool was verified through application cases, and user feedback was collected for improvement. The study shows that the developed intelligent assessment tool has significant advantages in the assessment of the effects of Mindfulness interventions and can effectively promote the improvement of mental health.
