Study on numerical simulation and optimization algorithm of reservoir dynamic response under multi-well group cooperative development
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of efficient development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs and complex fault-block reservoirs, this paper studies the numerical simulation and optimization algorithm of reservoir dynamic response under the cooperative development of multiple well groups. Firstly, a reservoir numerical model based on embedded discrete fracture model (EDFM) and improved Black-oil model is constructed, and combined with Local Grid Refinement (LGR), a high-precision dynamic simulation of complex seepage field is realized. Secondly, an optimization framework of multi-well group cooperative development based on improved TD3 reinforcement learning algorithm is designed. In this framework, the LSTM state encoder is introduced to capture the dynamic evolution characteristics of reservoirs, the action correction layer is designed to ensure the engineering feasibility of the strategy, and the dual Critic network structure decoupling is used to evaluate the inter-well interference and economic benefits. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by case analysis. The results show that compared with the traditional single continuum model, the EDFM model can more accurately describe the pressure distribution near cracks and identify the interference between cracks, and significantly improve the accuracy of numerical simulation. The collaborative optimization framework based on improved TD3 algorithm can effectively improve oil recovery, economic benefits and development sustainability, and has good stability and convergence efficiency. In addition, GPU-MPI hybrid parallel mode and proxy model strategy significantly improve the computational efficiency, which provides strong support for real-time optimization and dynamic adjustment of multi-well group collaborative development.
