Abstract

In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology, the electric vehicle industry has also developed rapidly. Power sources are crucial for the driving performance of electric vehicles, especially high-power ones. This paper introduces the design of a high-power power supply based on a step-down conversion circuit topology (BUCK) combined with proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control technology. This power supply achieves step-down conversion from 48 V to 12 V while delivering an output current of up to 25 A. Alongside meeting the step-down objective, the selection of appropriate components and PCB layout effectively enhances the power supply's efficiency. Furthermore, the integration of PID control technology improves the stability of the power supply during input voltage fluctuations, providing new reference value for power supply systems in the electric vehicle industry.
