Abstract

This paper designs an off-grid portable energy storage system centered on "low cost and high adaptability". The system employs three-series four-parallel lithium-ion battery cells as energy storage units, working with a Micro-controller Unit (MCU) implementing hierarchical control circuits for integrated sampling, protection, display, and control through MS51FB9AE. The power conversion unit utilizes a SG3525-based push-invert boost and full-bridge circuit to achieve multi-scenario wide-range power supply from 3.3V to 22V AC/DC, operating across extreme temperature range (from -40°C to 105°C). A hardware-software collaborative protection mechanism ensures comprehensive safeguards against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, and short circuits, with fault detection response time
