Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der hämatopoetische Komorbiditätsindex (HCT-CI) dient der Risikobewertung vor einer Transplantation. Er prognostiziert anhand vorliegender Komorbiditäten die nicht rezidivbedingte Mortalität (NRM) von Patienten, die sich einer allogenen hämatopoetischen Stammzelltransplantation (allo-HSCT) unterziehen. Aufgrund der steten Verbesserung der HSCT-Verfahren bewerteten M. Janscak und Kollegen nun den prädiktiven Wert des HCT-CI erneut.
