Enhancing Cleavage Aesthetics in Patients Seeking Breast Augmentation: Surgical Technique and Key Considerations

Background: Hybrid breast augmentation, a combination of silicone implants and autologous fat grafting, is an innovative approach aimed at achieving natural aesthetics. This study evaluates its impact on reducing intermammary distance and improving cleavage aesthetics. Materials and Methods: This article and the accompanying videos provide a detailed, step-by-step guide to hybrid breast augmentation using a subfascial inframammary approach, with a predictable and reproducible surgical outcome.
