Abstract

We present a staged approach to a large multicompartment clival chordoma in an 81 year old. A far-medial approach was adopted to access the jugular tubercle and occipital condyle via the endonasal corridor. No CSF diversion was used post-op. Patient remained neurologically stable. Careful inspection of each compartment is critical to ensure maximal resection. Publication History Article published online: 27 February 2026 © 2026. Thieme. All rights reserved.
