Abstract

We present a case of young female with bilateral paraclinoid aneurysms, larger on the left. This was an incidental finding but due to family history and daughter sac on aneurysm, it was decided to proceed with treatment. After consulting our neuroendovascular collegues, it was decided to pursue clipping, otherwise she may end up requiring flow divertors bilaterally. After discussion with the patient, it was decided to perform and endoscopic endonasal approach. Publication History Article published online: 27 February 2026 © 2026. Thieme. All rights reserved.
