Abstract

We present a case of cerebellopontine angle epidermoid. A keyhole endoscopic assisted retrosigmoid approach was performed for gross total resection of the mass without any lower cranial nerve deficits. Due to intimate relationship of epidermoids with neurovascular structures, care must be taken not to manipulate the nerves too much. A keyhole approach provides excellent operative corridor without use of retractor. Publication History Article published online: 27 February 2026 © 2026. Thieme. All rights reserved.
