Abstract

We present a 54-year-old female with severe visual deficit from a tuberculum sellae meningioma. This case highlights meticulous endoscopic microsurgical techniques for resection of a tumor severely adherent to a flattened optic nerve, superior hypophyseal arteries, and the anterior communicating artery complex. Sharp dissection allowed maximal safe tumor removal while preserving critical neurovascular structures, demonstrating the efficacy of advanced endoscopic approaches for complex anterior skull base tumors.
