Abstract

This video illustrates an endoscopic endonasal resection of a sellar mass in an 8-month-old, later diagnosed as Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. It highlights the feasibility of this minimally invasive approach in patients under one year of age and briefly reviews key aspects of clinical management for this uncommon pathology.
