Abstract

Technology has become a part of life and is applied in and changed many fields, and it is potentially applicable to various domains in the future. Nanotechnology is a multidisciplinary field and is currently widely used in wireless signal recognition processing. Therefore, wireless signal recognition processing based on semiconductor nanotechnology has become a hot research topic. In view of this, this paper rethought the traditional wireless signal recognition technology and proposed a nano-key technology based on the self-organizing neural network to realize the semiconductor wireless signal recognition and processing so as to improve the speed and accuracy of wireless signal recognition and make up the shortcomings of traditional signal classification. This study provided a feasibility analysis by using the characteristics of the self-organizing neural network in communication networks. In this paper, it was found through experimental research that the nano-key technology of the self-organizing neural network to realize the recognition and processing of semiconductor wireless signal was feasible. In the experiment of this paper, the recognition speed of S1 (self-organizing neural network signal recognition) was about 0.199 higher than that of S2 (traditional signal recognition), and the recognition accuracy was about 9.5% higher. The recognition efficiency was also about 1.3 higher than the traditional wireless signal recognition processing. This showed that the nano-key technology of realizing the recognition and processing of semiconductor wireless signals by self-organizing neural networks had a driving effect.
