Communication and reading of the cohesive architectural image
Abstract
The architectural image is an effective tool and an important means that contributes to highlighting ideas and reflects the development of the era in which it was built. The architectural image formed by the designer has witnessed a remarkable development as a result of the introduction of multiple variables, most notably technological techniques at the level of digital tools in design and implementation. The application of these techniques has contributed to the production of contemporary architecture that keeps pace with the spirit of the era and meets new needs. This has led to the emergence of advanced and unfamiliar architectural designs that were difficult to implement, whether at the level of their design or implementation. Therefore, the research aims to discuss and clarify the role of technological techniques in shaping the local architectural image that blends with the technological developments provided by the era, whether at the level of design or implementation. This will be done by building a theoretical framework and applying it to the selected samples, to reach conclusions.
