Abstract

Feed characteristics play an important role because they relate to the durability of the feed, transportation, handling and consumption of livestock. The research was carried out at the livestock laboratory of the Negei Lampung Polytechnic from March-May 2023. The research used a completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment applied was R0 = 0.0% red dragon fruit skin flour, R1 = 3.0% red dragon fruit skin flour, R2 = 6.0% red dragon fruit skin flour. The data obtained was subjected to analysis of variance and if there were differences between treatments, it was continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The research results show that the addition of dragon fruit peel flour to broiler rations will affect the physical quality of broiler rations.
