Abstract

Mental health problems in Indonesia need to be taken more seriously. To support mental health services, currently technology has been implemented in the form of E-Mental Health in the form of a website or mobile application. The e-mental health application still has obstacles in its use. An evaluation needs to be carried out so that the results can be suggestions for improving the application and achieving its goal of providing affordable health services easily. The purpose of this research is to find out the results of User Experience (UX) evaluations and provide recommendations for improving the usability quality of a mental health application in Indonesia. The method used to measure UX evaluation is the MHealth App Usability Questionnaire (MAUQ). From the evaluation results that have been processed using SPSS, it can be seen that there are six obstacles found in three indicators, namely Perceived Ease of Use, System Information Arrangement, and Usefulness with a Mean value>4.86. Of the six questionnaire items, the item with the lowest mean value is the item ’I feel comfortable using this application for socializing’ with a value of 4.58 in Perceived Ease of Use. Based on these obstacles, recommendations for solutions are provided, namely providing easy access to services with a reward system, increasing access speed, designing Social Cloud services and conducting outreach regarding the importance of mental health to the public.
