The research adopted the inductive method, collecting and analyzing facts based on a review of previous studies on the urban lifestyle of post-epidemic cities and their interpretation, with the purpose of providing instructions and making the most important recommendations. The research found the need to define flexible strategies and solutions that are subject to the daily life patterns of the population. This contributes to developing planning to face health crises and a recovery strategy and achieves an optimal response in combating the epidemic by taking precautionary measures in accordance with the daily life patterns of the population instead of general recommendations that are far from reality.
