Abstract

With rosette microplants of garden strawberry (Florence cultivar), pineapple (Smooth Cayenne cultivar) and sugar beet (BV2 form), an attempt was made to transplant them into flow-through hydroponics to carry out adaptation to non-sterile conditions. Plants cultured on Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium at 23±1°C, 16-hour photoperiod and illumination of 5-6 klk were used in the experiment. Flow-through hydroponics was used for adaptation of the microplants. Plastic boxes measuring 0.6 x 0.4 m x 0.04 m (volume 9 l) were used for the hydroponic system. Plastic frames covered with non-woven polymer material (Lutrasil, 17 g/m2) were installed on top of them. The surface of the material was perforated with holes of 3-4 mm in diameter with a planting pattern of 3.5 × 3.5 cm (150 pcs./box), into which plants were planted. The survival rate of plants for 1 month was 100% for all crops.
