Digital transformation of business processes
Abstract
Modern companies, including agro-industrial companies, need flexibility and speed of decision-making, especially in the improvement and optimization of business processes. This is achieved, among other things, through technologies such as Task Mining and Process Mining. The article discusses the capabilities and differences of these technologies, and provides software solutions for the technologies in question. In addition, examples of application of Process Mining and Task Mining for various fields of activity and typical errors when using these technologies are given.
