Competencies of the "future" for innovative agricultural development

Currently, the need for professional scientific staff with a certain set of competencies for innovative agricultural development has not been resolved, including in the Tyumen region. One of the reasons for this is the lack of a systematic approach to research on agricultural development trends and their impact on the factors determining the competencies of the "future" agricultural specialists. As a result, the gap between the existing and the required level of competencies is widening, especially for the future. To identify the competencies that are deficient in the Tyumen region for innovative agricultural projects, the trends are considered and the factors determining the competencies of the "future" are identified. As a result of the conducted research, the necessity of applying a synergetic approach to the formation of competencies using block-sequential technology has been established. This will optimize the educational programs of the university, ensuring the level of training of specialists who ensure the innovative agriculture development.
