Abstract

The implementation of an effective policy aimed at transforming the infrastructural space in Russian agriculture opens up opportunities for sustainable development not only of rural areas, but also of the economy as a whole. The implementation of transformational transformations, including innovative ones, in agriculture is hindered by financing opportunities, long development time, low solvency of business entities, lack of information and consultations. The article, based on the domestic and international practice of assessing innovative transformational transformations, examines the process of forming an organizational and territorial environment in interaction with its innovative elements that form the basis for the sustainability of rural areas
