Integrated assessment of the efficiency of dairy farming in agricultural companies

The aim of the research is to develop methodological recommendations for assessing the effectiveness of dairy farming in agricultural enterprises. Сomparison, monographic, coefficient methods, system-matrix diagnostic analysis, ranking were used in the process of scientific work. The modeling method was used to construct a matrix model and its subsequent application in assessing the efficiency of the dairy farming segment of agricultural enterprises. Method of comparative analysis of the activity indicators of an agro-enterprise has been used in in this article. The initial non-financial and financial data for еthe matrix diagnostic analysis was derived from the annual reports of agricultural enterprises in the Moscow region (portals apk.mkskom.ru and nalog.gov.ru). For processing data the MS Excel and Google Sheet was used. It offers methods to evaluate the efficiency of the dairy farming in agricultural organizations, based on the construction of a dynamic matrix model, the elements of which are indices of the main performance indicators. An integrated indicator of the efficiency of dairy farming activities of an agricultural organization is proposed, including indices of the matrix model. This methods were tested on materials from agricultural organizations of the Moscow region. The obtained results of the assessment of the efficiency of dairy farming of agricultural enterprises can be used to justify business plans, investment projects, make management decisions and determine priority areas for the development of agribusiness.
