Abstract

This study examines the rapid development of edge computing technologies, which open new opportunities for optimizing energy efficiency and managing temperature regimes in manufacturing processes. The object of the study is the temperature control system within manufacturing processes, encompassing all components and processes related to monitoring, regulating, and controlling temperature parameters. The authors implement an approach aimed at developing and deploying systems that optimize temperature regimes and enhance energy efficiency in real time using new software methods for devices. This approach allows for significant improvements in the adaptability and accuracy of temperature control, which is especially critical for complex manufacturing processes. Special attention is given to the development of data processing algorithms, software models of adapters, and integration strategies that provide more efficient energy use and resource-efficient functioning of manufacturing systems. The results indicate that this not only provides faster response times but also contributes to more efficient energy use by optimizing temperature management processes. The findings offer valuable recommendations for industries seeking to enhance their energy efficiency and operational effectiveness through innovative technological solutions.
