Abstract

Recently, Ontologies are utilized in a number of contexts, and recent years have observed a growth in the production of Ontologies along a broad range of disciplines, which encourages researchers to use Ontologies in various applications and to take advantage of their capabilities in domain representation. In this article, we used Ontology to represent the saved acquired digital evidences based on their chain of custody (CoC) concept. Furthermore, we proposed DEOnto to represent the various aspects and relations related to the stored digital evidences and give some reasoning among them.
