Abstract

The development of education in the 21st century requires students to keep up with the development of science and technology (IPTEK) and empower them so that they can master the skills of this century through information literacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of plant anatomy e-books oriented to information literacy and integrated with STEM-based PBL in optimizing 21st century skills. The method used in this research process is Quantitative Pre-Experiment Design. The research design used in this study was “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. The number of research subjects was 14 students from the Biology Education study program at PGRI Ronggolawe University Tuban. The research will be conducted at PGRI Ronggolawe University of Tuban in June 2024. The instruments used in this study include Student Assessment Sheets, Teacher Observation Sheets, Student Observation Sheets, and Learning Implementation Sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the e book of plant anatomy based on stem approach and problem-based learning oriented to information literacy can develop 21st century skills.
