Abstract

This study is to investigate how leadership techniques in Iraqi telecommunications businesses mediate the impact of smart organizations in improving sustainable marketing. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study gathers information from 500 workers of Iraqi telecom firms (Korek, Asiacell, and Zain). Advanced statistical tools like SPSS and Amos were used to analyze the data. The findings show that leadership tactics (including proactiveness, risk-taking, originality, and uniqueness) are significantly impacted by smart companies, which are defined by environmental awareness, strategic vision, and ongoing learning. It was also shown that the association between smart companies and sustainable marketing is strengthened by the mediating effect of leadership tactics. In order to support sustainability in Iraqi telecommunications companies, the study found a strong statistical correlation between smart organizations, leadership strategies, and sustainable marketing. This underscores the significance of developing organizational intelligence and entrepreneurial skills.
