Abstract

Graph polynomials play a crucial role in graph theory. This paper introduces the Hosoya, Schultz, and modified Schultz polynomials, along with their respective indices. We focus on a composite star graph, S1,4, and examine the resulting chain formed by connecting at one vertex. The aim is to compute Hosoya, Schultz, and modified Schultz polynomials and their indices for these new graphs.
