The adaptive potential of strawberries in the use of microbiological fertilizers
Abstract
Pine strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) is considered the most popular berry crop in the world. Its sweet taste, aroma, and beneficial properties make it indispensable in nutrition and cooking. Pine strawberry belongs to the rose family and is a hybrid between two types of strawberries – (Fragaria chiloensis) and (Fragaria virginiana). The plant is a low-growing, evergreen shrub with many leaves, peduncles, flowers, and ovaries from which juicy fruits - berries are then formed. Strawberry has a high yield and can be grown both in an industrial garden and on a private plot. One of the main advantages of strawberry is its taste. Strawberry is also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, and manganese. It also contains antioxidants that help protect the body from free radicals and prevent the development of various diseases. Strawberries are of great importance in the development of industrial and amateur gardening. It is a popular berry crop in the Northwestern region of Russia, due to the attractive aroma and taste of berries and early ripeness.
