Dependence of the concentration of cellular juice in soybean plants on the soil moisture level
Abstract
The article analyzes the dynamics of changes in the concentration of cellular juice of soybean plant leaves under conditions of normal and limited moisture and vegetation periods. The concentration of cell juice is one of the sensitive indicators of the state of the water regime of plants. It was found that with a moderate version of the irrigation regime of soybean plants, the concentration of cell juice is 9.75±0.2-12.2±0.1% (on average 10.8%) in the leaf formation phase and 12.5±0.2-15.4±0.5% in the branching phase, depending on the variety (on average 14.4%), 13.4±0.7-16.6±0.4% (average 14.7%) in the first days of flowering, 14,4±0,3-17,6±0,4 % (on average 16.2%) in the phase of full flowering), in the phase of bean formation - 17,5±0,3-19,5±0,5% (on average, 18.5%). In a limited version of the irrigation regime of soybean plants, the concentration of cell juice is 10.2±0.2-13.7±0.4% (on average 11.8%), in the phase of leaf formation, depending on the variety, in the branching phase - 14,1±0,4-17,1±0,3% (on average 15.5%), in the first days of flowering - 14.5±0.2-18.6±0.8% (on average 16.5%), in the phase of full flowering 15.6±0.2-19.9±0.6% (on average 18.1%), in the phase of bean formation - 19,8±0,2-21,4±0,6% (on average, 20.5%).
